Returns and Refunds

 

From the date of receipt of the order, the customer may return the item/s purchased, if they are not to their liking, or for any other reason, under the legally stipulated terms (14 days) and indicated below.

 

The return of articles must comply with the following conditions:

- Return of items in good condition, with complete original packaging and accompanied by the respective invoice.

- All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities and only those that comply with the return conditions will be accepted for return.

- Returns will not be accepted if the packaging is damaged or if the items show signs of use.

 

Indumentária reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions.

The refund will only be made after checking the condition of the product.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After contacting Indumentária's services and being provided with the return instructions, you can send us the item properly packaged, with original packaging to the following address:

The refund is made using the same payment method. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the customer must provide the IBAN.
